Two Moodsonic projects were recognized at this year’s Inavate APAC Awards, which celebrate the region’s most innovative audio-visual installations.
CBRE Singapore’s Marina Bay Financial Centre won Best Corporate Project, while Sheldon Interiors’ Sydney HQ was a finalist for Best Experience Centre.
CBRE’s new flagship Singapore office shows how technology and sensory design can transform the work experience. Designed with adaptive Moodsonic soundscaping throughout, the project blends advanced AV with adaptive, biophilic sound.
Moodsonic’s system uses sensors across 14 zones to continuously adjust soundscapes for focus, collaboration, or restoration. “With data on noise levels, we can really optimize spaces as a continual process,” says CBRE’s Simon Long. The result is an environment that evolves with its users and takes smart workplace technology to new heights – not just efficiency, but to create spaces that flex and feel alive.
At Sheldon Interiors’ Living Showroom in Sydney, Moodsonic’s soundscaping helps create a workplace that feels calm, inclusive, and inspiring. Each zone has its own sensory character, from tranquil wellness areas to spaces inspired by indigenous sounds and art. For Sheldon, the soundscaping system enhances both daily work and client experiences, demonstrating how sound can define atmosphere and wellbeing in modern design.
