The BCS100 Ceiling Speaker is purpose-built for Moodsonic Powered by Bluesound Professional systems. Paired with the B140M Generative Amplifier, the BCS100 delivers the full depth and clarity of Moodsonic's generative soundscapes — from subtle ambient textures to dynamic, responsive audio environments.
Engineered for professional installations, the BCS100 features a tuned crossover for uniform frequency response across the coverage area and high-dispersion design for consistent audio throughout the zone. UL 2043 plenum rating and UL1480A certification ensure compliance with commercial building codes.
The BCS100's slim profile requires only 5 inches of ceiling depth, making it suitable for a wide range of retrofit and new build applications. A long-travel dog-ear mount system and snap-fit magnetic grille simplify installation and service access.
Supports both 8-ohm low impedance and 70V/100V constant voltage configurations. Low impedance delivers optimal audio quality for shorter cable runs, while constant voltage is ideal for daisy-chained configurations across larger zones.
The BCS100 is designed to pair with the B140M Generative Amplifier, which provides on-device soundscape generation, amplification, and acoustic sensing — all via a single PoE connection. Together, they form a complete zone solution for Moodsonic Powered by Bluesound Professional deployments.
