Soundscaping hardware

Hardware built for intelligent soundscaping

Two system architectures — one platform. Choose the deployment model that fits your project, with full access to Moodsonic's generative, responsive soundscaping.

The intelligence layer

Moodsonic's Generative Engine

Every Moodsonic device runs the same generative soundscape engine — a real-time audio intelligence system that creates adaptive, biophilic soundscapes at the edge.

The engine continuously generates and adapts soundscapes based on response rules, time-of-day curves, and contextual inputs from acoustic sensing. No cloud dependency for audio generation — everything runs locally on device. The engine powers both hardware architectures below. The difference is scale and deployment model, not capability.

System architecture

Standard architecture

Moodsonic Hub

A professional-grade soundscape hub delivering up to 16 stereo zones via Dante network audio. The Moodsonic Hub integrates with virtually any professional audio system — sound masking, networked audio infrastructure, 70V/100V distributed PA, or conventional amplifiers.

Key Benefits

  • Up to 16 stereo zones per Moodsonic Hub
  • Dante network audio (16 stereo out, 32 mic in)
  • Works with virtually any professional audio system
  • Acoustic sensing via third-party microphones over Dante

Best for: Enterprise and large-scale deployments, projects with existing audio infrastructure, sound masking integrations, or specific amplifier and speaker requirements.

Hybrid architecture

Moodsonic Powered by Bluesound Professional

A fully integrated, distributed architecture where each zone includes its own soundscape generator, amplifier, and sensing — all in a single PoE-powered ceiling device.

Key Benefits

  • One B140M Generative Amplifier per zone
  • Processing, amplification, and sensing at the endpoint
  • Single-cable PoE installation

Best for: New builds, retrofits seeking simplicity, projects prioritising installation efficiency and deep platform integration.
