Best for: Projects with existing audio infrastructure, sound masking integrations, large-scale deployments, or specific amplifier/speaker requirements.

The MS400 Moodsonic Source runs Moodsonic's generative soundscaping engine and outputs to your choice of professional audio system. Whether you're integrating with a Dante network, feeding a sound masking system, connecting to 70V/100V distributed PA, or driving conventional amplifiers, the MS400 delivers the same intelligent, adaptive soundscapes that power Moodsonic deployments worldwide.
Each MS400 generates up to four unique stereo soundscapes,* allowing different acoustic environments across your building — all from a single device. Zone-specific content can respond independently to local conditions when paired with MIS301 sensors.
For larger deployments, multiple MS400 units can be combined. Up to seven MS400 devices fit in a standard 2U rack shelf.
Add MIS301 PoE Sensors to any zone to enable adaptive soundscaping. The MS400's integrated acoustic processing — including noise suppression, voice activity detection, and beamforming — allows each zone to respond intelligently to occupancy, ambient noise, and acoustic conditions.
The MS400 outputs via Dante, AES67, or analog — integrating with virtually any professional audio infrastructure:
Moodsonic provides the intelligence. Your audio system provides the delivery.
Designed for always-on operation in commercial environments, the MS400 features passive cooling, industrial-grade storage, and remote management via the Moodsonic platform. For high-density deployments, up to seven MS400 units mount in a standard 2U rack shelf.
The MS400 includes Silver Platform Support as standard. Moodsonic supports the platform and Moodsonic devices, while other components in your audio chain remain the responsibility of the relevant manufacturers and integrators.
For deployments requiring deeper integration and proactive monitoring, consider Moodsonic Powered by Bluesound Professional systems with Gold Platform Support.
